The Nevada State Conference on Problem Gambling is an annual professional education event that brings together diverse experts and stakeholders to address the impact of this significant community health issue on the people of Nevada.
This 2 day conference fosters awareness, enhances education, facilitates professional networking, and draws in participants from various sectors such as addiction and mental health service providers. People from interested stakeholder groups like prevention, education, research, public policy, the gaming industry, and the recovery community converge to learn and exchange their insights and expertise.

The Nevada Council on Problem Gambling is an approved Continuing Education Provider for the Nevada Board of Examiners for Alcohol, Drug and Gambling Counselors, and the International Gambling Counselor Certification Board. Applications are made to other Nevada Professional Boards.

The Nevada State conference takes place in Las Vegas and occasionally in Northern Nevada. The date and location of the conference is posted and shared every year once decided.

The Annual Conference is supported in part by a grant from the State of Nevada Problem Gambling Prevention and Treatment Fund. The Nevada Council on Problem Gambling is a non-profit 501(c)(3) information and referral agency, and an Affiliate of the National Council on Problem Gambling. The Council does not take a stand for or against legal gambling.
