6% of Nevada adults may be problem or pathological gamblers

2% of Nevada adolescents may be problem gamblers

Another 10% of Nevada’s youth are at-risk to develop gambling problems

The Nevada Council is committed to working with all stakeholders to prevent or reduce the impact of problem gambling on individuals and families in our communities. The Council does not take a position for or against legalized gambling. Instead, our efforts are focused on recognizing problem gambling as a diagnosable and treatable disorder.
